  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MUST I PLACE AN ORDER?
    We typically recommend that you reach out to us within 4-6 weeks of your event date. Please note that this time frame may increase around Holidays. There are times that we my have last minute availibity, so ask away!
  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    Start by filling out our Custom Order Form. Once your request is submitted, we’ll review it and get back to you within 3 business days to let you know if we can accommodate your order. Please note: Submitting a request does not guarantee your order. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
  • DO YOU HAVE A ORDER MINIMUM?
    Yes, the order minimum for Custom Orders is 2 dozen. If you are interested in smaller cookie sets be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook and join our email list to stay up-to-date on Pop Up's, Flash Sales, Giveaways and Holiday Pre-sales to buy smaller quantities of cookies.
  • HOW ARE COOKIES PACKAGED?
    Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to keep it fresh longer. Cookies are then carefully packaged in a box for convenient porch pickup or delivery. Want to make your cookies extra special? Additional packaging options, like gift bags, decorative bows, custom tags, and gift boxes, are available for purchase upon request!
  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
    Anacortes, Washington. Please note that this is not a retail storefront, we book orders by appointment only. We attend Pop-Up events around the Skagit Valley area. Join our newsletter to get updates where we will be next!
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Treat Yourself Cookies will do our best to accomodate. But because it takes several days to perfect your order we cannot promise any order cancellation requests, please be aware that our default policy is that all sales are final and no refunds.
